Possibly round off the corners to get the real Flammkuchen shape. Place them next to each other on a baking tray.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the red onion into half rings. Strip the leaves from the sprigs of thyme.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the KANZI\u00ae apple and cut into small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche across the pieces of dough. Keep 1 cm clear from the edge.<\/li>\n<li>Subsequently cover the Flammkuchen with the bacon strips, red onion and apple cubes. Sprinkle with the thyme.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the Flammkuchen in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the baked Flammkuchen with some rocket leaves and drizzle with a little olive
