style=\"--awb-margin-top:5%;\"><p>Le chocolat, s\u00e9ducteur classique, et la nouvelle s\u00e9ductrice, la Kanzi\u00ae,<br \/>\nunissent leur force dans ce mets doux, sucr\u00e9 et donc irr\u00e9sistible:<br \/>\nLa compote de Kanzi\u00ae \u00e0 la mousse au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faites fondre le chocolat dans un saladier au-dessus d\u2019une casserole<br \/>\nd\u2019eau chaude. Mettez le jaune d\u2019oeuf et le sucre vanille dans un autre<br \/>\nsaladier et posez celui-ci \u00e9galement au-dessus d\u2019une casserole d\u2019eau<br \/>\nchaude.Fouettez le jaune et le sucre vanille jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange<br \/>\ndouble de volume. Ajoutez le chocolat fondu, puis le rhum et la<br \/>\ncannelle en poudre. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange lisse puis<br \/>\nlaissez-le refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Battez alors la<br \/>\ncr\u00e8me en Chantilly et m\u00e9langez-la d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange de<br \/>\nchocolat. Laissez la mousse refroidir pendant deux heures au<br \/>\nr\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Pour la compote, \u00e9pluchez la Kanzi\u00ae et coupez-la en cubes ou en<br \/>\nparts. Posez une casserole sur feu moyen pour chauffer le sucre. D\u00e8s<br \/>\nque le sucre brunit, ajoutez les morceaux de Kanzi\u00ae et arrosez le tout<br \/>\navec les jus de pommes et d\u2019orange. Ajoutez-y l\u2019anis \u00e9toil\u00e9, le b\u00e2ton<br \/>\nde cannelle et la gousse de vanille coup\u00e9e en deux, puis faites<br \/>\nbouillir pour r\u00e9duire le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 moiti\u00e9. Ajoutez enfin la f\u00e9cule de<br \/>\npomme de terre et m\u00e9langez bien. Laissez la compote refroidir au<br \/>\nr\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
