Mackerel salad with KANZI® apple

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Skin the mackerel fillets, break the fish into pieces and remove any bones.
- Finely chop the shallot and the chives. Mix the mackerel with the mayonnaise, half of the chives, the shallot and the capers.
- Chop the KANZI® apple into very fine slices.
- Toast the pita breads in a toaster and chop into 4 pieces. Top the pita wedges with the mackerel salad and garnish with a few slices of apples, which you lay like a fan on top of the salad. Sprinkle with the remaining chives and serve on a tray.
