Mix the mackerel with the mayonnaise, half of the chives, the shallot and the capers.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the KANZI\u00ae apple into very fine slices.<\/li>\n<li>Toast the pita breads in a toaster and chop into 4 pieces. Top the pita wedges with the mackerel salad and garnish with a few slices of apples, which you lay like a fan on top of the salad.
